Psychotherapy/Counseling, also known as Talk Therapy, involves working with mental health practitioners/Counselors to explore and overcome your emotional and psychological challenges. It focuses on providing a safe haven to navigate through the intricate inner world of yours, embarking on a transformative journey towards understanding and healing.
Psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialize in mental health disorders. Their main focus of intervention is through medical treatment and can be crucial for severe mental health disorders that may require pharmacological treatment to manage their symptoms effectively. While both aim to help with mental well-being, psychotherapy focuses on talking things through and learning; psychiatry focuses on medical intervention and medical management.
Counseling is like having a heart-to-heart talk with a trusted friend who is well-trained in navigating through emotional struggles. Counseling focuses on understanding yourself better and finding ways to cope with emotional and psychological challenges by providing you with a safe space to share your feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

Coaches assist you in identifying your strengths and potential, and they help create an action plan to achieve ideal goals in areas such as work, relationships, and personal development.
Yes, you can bring someone with you for your session if it makes you feel more comfortable. However, it is important to discuss this with your practitioner beforehand to ensure it aligns with your treatment plan and to respect confidentiality and the therapeutic process.
A typical Individual Session would be around 60 minutes; a Couple/Family Session would be around 90 minutes; a Psychiatrist Consultation would be around 60 minutes; Career Profiling would take 2.5 hours to 5 hours in total, depending on your package.
If you find yourself running late, please notify us as soon as possible @ 6010-455 4396. We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes and if you are not contactable, it will be considered as a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged accordingly. Alternatively, we do provide the option to meet virtually if you are unable to attend the session in person.
Scheduling an appointment involves reserving specific time allocated by your practitioner for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. If a session is rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice for any reason, your booking fee will be forfeited. You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session.
Unfortunately, our center does not provide a 24/7 hotline service. If you are under our package, we do provide email support with your assigned practitioner. They will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be some delay in getting back to you.

The prices listed on our website are for psychiatrist consultation, which include assessment, treatment recommendation, advice, and prescription writing, if recommended. Medication costs are charged separately.
As our practitioners are usually not on standby, payment for the session would be required to confirm the booking.

In the first session, you can expect to talk about your challenges, your concerns, and your goals. It is an opportunity for you to know your practitioner and also for them to better understand your needs and goals. The practitioner will guide you to explore the root cause of your concerns, develop a deep understanding of why these challenges are affecting you, and possibly acquire ways to cope with the challenges. Overall, the first session is to build rapport, set goals, and begin a trusting and transformative journey with your practitioner.
To get the most out of your sessions, come prepared with specific issues or goals you would like to address. Be open and honest with your practitioner, actively engage in discussions, and have the mindset of willingness to change. It is also important to acknowledge that successful outcomes require active participation and commitment from the client beyond the counseling session, such as implementing the mindset and strategies discussed in session, completing assigned homework, or even consuming your prescribed medication as directed. Consistency and open communication with your practitioner are key to effective progress.
